Paul
Wright paints landscapes
and maritime work to commission as well as having a stock of his original
work for sale. He has worked for most publishers and has produced work
for such authors as Dudley Pope, C.S. Forester and Patrick O'Brian.
As
well as publishing commissions he has worked for the Royal Navy during
the hand-over of hong Kong to China and has produced paintings for B.P
Marine as well as
numerous other private clients.
His
work is in private and public
collections including The Royal Navy Museum, Portsmouth, and collections
in New York, Boston, St. Petersburg, Hong Kong, Capetown, Sydney, Dallas,
Tokyo, Stuttgart, Zimbabwe and the U.K.
He
paints and draws in oils,
watercolours, acrylics, pen and wash, conte pastels, conte pencils.
